It is located between the wealthy New Town and vibrant Broughton. The street’s top also marks the beginning of the multicultural Leith Walk. Within a few steps, you can also find the Omni Cinema complex, the Edinburgh Playhouse theatre, and the John Lewis department store. The York Place stop can be reached by tram within a 1 minute’s walk. The bus station is 5 minutes away.

Since we have lived there for many years, the area has seen a lot of growth, including the opening of many new restaurants, bars, and boutiques. The same can be said for regions neighboring Broughton and Bellevue, which have seen the conversion of old industrial buildings into high-end housing. You will find a lively and vibrant street that is fun to walk down at night and enjoyable to explore during the day.
